Brown Wrinkles (68Z)
The 10oz denim is double dyed to give a solid beige color on the inside with rich blue and green nuances on the outside.
An authentic worn effect is created with three-dimensional creased whiskering. Each garment also undergoes more than an hour of handmade manual abrasions and repairs.
Garments are resin coated, then manually molded and tied, before being oven baked to fix the dirty colors and wrinkled, worn effect.
Brown Bone (887D)
This 10oz denim with herringbone construction is first dyed black with a color dye that turns sepia brown during the treatment process.
‘Natural Dirty’ soil-and plant-derived colorings and pigments are then applied to give a rich and authentic dirty effect.
The three-dimensional ‘3D Evolution’ treatment adds creasing at the top and bottom of legs, and a stretched worn-in knee to give
an authentic worn effect. This effect is achieved by resin coating garments, then manually molding them on a mannequin,
before oven baking them twice to fix the dirty colors and wrinkled effect.
Black Fading (886A)
The 11oz lightweight ‘stretch’ (cotton-elastane mix) denim fabric of this garment actually starts off a brilliant blue.
(The original color can still be seen if you look inside the coin pocket.)
After an initial stone washing to soften and age the denim, it is then exposed during the washing process to a mix of black and brown pigments.
A resin coating applied before the washing makes the pigments stain the garment in an uneven and random way, and fixes the color, to ensure a long-lasting dirty effect.
Black Drumming (886B)
The 10oz denim is double dyed, to give a dark grey color to both the inside and outside of the garment.
Whiskers and abrasions are all added by hand. Natural soil- and plant-derived colorings and pigments are then applied to give a rich and authentic dirty effect.
The pants are drummed in the washing machine with real golf balls, to make them extra soft.

Blue Resin (74Y)
The intense blue of this 13 1/2 oz denim requires dipping the garment over 20 times in indigo dye.
Abrasions, repairs, patches and whiskering are all added by hand, including a circular scratched ‘frosting’ effect, applied to the bottom of the legs using a metallic brush.
The garment is resin coated, then manually molded and tied, before being oven baked to fix the dirty colors and wrinkled, worn effect.
Blue Bakery (886P)
An 11oz cross-edge construction denim that has an uneven texture in both warp and weft to give the denim a tougher look. Each garment is stone washed and given a complete bleach bath, after which a circular scratched ‘frosting’ effect is applied by hand to the bottom of the legs using a metallic brush.
