What's the different between Cult menber, Cult Classic member, and higher Cult member?

The Diesel Cult Loyalty program encompasses three levels of membership. As soon as you sign up on Diesel.com, you automatically become a Cult member. Once you make one purchase of over 300 euros, you become eligible to become a Cult Classic member. If in one year you spend 3000 or more euros on Diesel products, you are automatically upgraded to the higher membership level, and you can proudly call yourself an Higher Cult member.

How do I become a Cult Classic member?

Becoming Cult Classic member is very simple, the only requirement we have is that you make one purchase in a participating Diesel store of over 300 euros (in one invoice). Then, with this invoice in your hands, login into Diesel.com, click on "get my card" and submit the number of the receipt, the date of purchase and the name of the store where you did the purchase. The system will check if everything is ok, and we will send you home the card within a few weeks.

I made a purchase of over 300 Euros. How do I claim my card?

If you are already a member of the Diesel Cult, login into the Diesel Cult area, click on My account and then on "get my card", you will find a form where you will be able to fill in the number of the invoice, the date of purchase and the name of the store where you did the purchase. This is all you need to do to claim your card.

How do I become an Higher Cult member?

If you are a Cult Classic member, you are automatically upgraded to the Higher Cult membership level as soon as you accumulate 30.000 or more Style Miles in one year (365 days).

Can I be downgraded from Higher Cult to Cult Classic member?

Yes, you can be downgraded from Higher Cult to Cult Classic member if you do not accumulate at least 10.000 Style Miles in one year (365 days).

This is a toll free number you can call from Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland and the UK. This number cannot be called from mobile phones.

Which are the languages spoken on the Diesel Planet?

The Diesel Planet is able to assist you in Italian, English, French and German.

Can I contact you via email?

Unfortunately not. For the time being the only way to get in touch with the Diesel Planet is by calling our toll free number.

How do I update my personal user account?

You can update the information in your personal account by visiting
the "My Profile" area within the Diesel Cult private web area.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can change your email address as well as any other personal information connect to your account.

Can I change my favorite store?

Yes, no problem. Just login into Diesel.com and go to "My account".

Can I have more than one address for my Diesel Cult account?

Sorry, unfortunately this is not possible at the moment.

Where can I change my password?

You can change your password in the "My Account" section within the Diesel Cult private Web area.

What will you do with my email address?

We ask for your email address because the email is the mean we use to communicate with you. We will send to your email address all the information concerning the Loyalty Program, news about Diesel's activities and about any special benefit we have reserved

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

If you're really sure you no longer want to receive promotional as well as informative emails from us, login into Diesel.com and change your personal details within the "my account" section.

Can I maintain my Cult card and my Style Miles even if I decide to stop receiving emails?

Yes, of course. You can decide to stop receiving promotional and informative material from Diesel and still maintain your Cult card and the Style Miles.

Do you keep track of the items I buy?

No, we do not keep track of the items you buy. We only keep track of the amount of your purchases and we do it only in order to keep updated and correct the amount of Style Miles you earn.
